Confidential conversation

One call. Directly with Sander.

You do not need a diagnosis, a crisis, or certainty about what should happen next. Whether you are seeking help for yourself, concerned about someone close to you, or simply trying to understand the options, the first step is a private conversation.

Ways to reach Sander

Speak directly

+44 (0) 7377 252211

Calls are answered personally by Sander between 10:00 and 20:00, Monday to Saturday, subject to clinical commitments.

If he is unavailable, you may leave a first name and a private call-back number. There is no need to explain the reason for your call.

  • Private messaging

Signal is available on the same number. Send the word CLAIREN. No clinical or personal information is needed in a first message. Sander will reply personally and agree with you how best to continue.

  • By email

sander@clairentreatment.co.uk. Read personally, not by an assistant or an intake team.

  • Before you disclose anything

You do not need to share sensitive or identifying information to make contact. Family members, family offices, advisors and referring professionals may enquire without naming the individual concerned. Where additional communication privacy is required, that can be agreed before anything sensitive is exchanged.

  • A confidentiality agreement, if you want one

An NDA can be issued before the first conversation takes place. Ask when you make contact.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, do not wait for a reply here. Call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department. For urgent mental-health support, call NHS 111 and select the mental-health option.

Delivery

One approach. Different ways of delivering it.

CLAIREN does not begin with a predetermined format. How care is delivered follows clinical need, circumstances, privacy requirements and location.

  • In person

Arranged in appropriate private settings within the UK; a discreet consulting environment or another suitable private setting agreed in advance. Location is considered individually, with confidentiality informing the decision.

  • Remote and international

Remote sessions provide continuity where professional responsibilities, travel or location make regular in-person treatment impractical. CLAIREN may also work with clients based outside the UK where clinically appropriate and consistent with relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Or both, as circumstances change

Some clients work predominantly in person, others remotely, and some move between the two. The format is agreed individually and can evolve. What stays constant is the therapeutic relationship: one clinician, one formulation, one continuous line of care.
